Any agent can sell the properties.  But only an Experienced, Dedicated and Top Negotiator not can aggressively market and negotiate the Top Dollar for you, but also plan and help you find your next property for you to move into. At Realty++, we only work with the Top Class Brokers and Realtors who have the history of selling the properties for the Top Dollar.  Its all about Serious Negotiations!! Our marketing starts way before the property is listed on the market.  Here are the steps in brief:

  1.  Sign the Listing Agreement and the word about your property starts spreading right away through our internal Network and also all the available channels.
  2.  Coming Soon – Board to be placed in front of the property with the Flyers.
  3.  A Transaction coordinator is assigned and a Pre-Escrow account is opened.
  4. Prepare the home for the Inspections and work on any Repairs & Upgrades.
  5.  Work on the Disclosures.
  6.  Staging, Pictures and Virtual Tours & Flyer Printing.
  7.  List the Property on the MLS & set the deadline for the offers.
  8.  Grand Open House — Your Agent and a Loan Officer would be present at the property.   Snacks & Water would be provided.
  9.  All the offers are carefully reviewed by your Agent and the Brokers at Realty++.  All the offers will be presented to you and discuss pros and cons.
  10.  A careful decision is made whether to accept one of the offers or send out the Multiple Counter Offers.
  11.  Shortlist the top offers and examine the financial background.  Talk to the Lenders.
  12. An offer is selected and the Buyer’s Agent is informed.
  13. Get the Buyer’s deposit at the Escrow.
  14. Follow-up with the Loan Process.
  15. Let the Buyer remove any required Buyer’s Contingencies.
  16. Buyer’s Final Walk.
  17.  Sign the Final Docs at the Title Company.  Buyer to sign their Docs at the Title Company.
  18.  Waiting for the Recording Confirmation from the County Recorder’s Office.
  19.  Handover the keys to the Buyer or Rent back the property (if applicable).
  20.  Get your money by Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer.
