On top of that, given that many Software companies are about to go IPO this year, people are now eager to invest before the prices start shooting up rapidly.
Most of the first time Buyers are buying Brand New properties. We are able to negotiate the prices at almost all the Brand New communities. We negotiated any where between $30K to $100K in the upgrades / prices. The existing / older properties have been staying in the market for little bit longer based on their listed price. Overall, the properties have been selling faster than before, and there are many serious Buyers in the market now.
